Just a heads-up:* our spares are designed specifically for our gazebos. They won’t fit mass-market options from stores like Game, Checkers, Makro and similar retailers, and we can’t repair those models.

What types of gazebos do you offer?
We supply a wide range of commercial grade heavy duty pop up gazebos in either heavy duty steel or heavy duty aluminium frames configurations. Our Deluxe Pro Series steel gazebos are available in one size only, namely 3m x 3m. Our Deluxe Pro Series aluminium gazebos are available in 3m x 3m, 4.5m x 3m and 6m x 3m.
What frame materials are best for South African outdoor conditions?
Our Deluxe Pro Series steel and aluminium frames are almost equally strong and are both suited for our harsh South African conditions. Our Deluxe Pro Series aluminium frames feature a few upgrades which make them slightly stronger and more durable in the long run, especially in coastal conditions. These upgrades include: Upgraded over sized heavy duty steel feet. Reinforced scissor trusses with internal bracing. 1.2mm thick aluminium wall thickness. Our Deluxe Pro Series aluminium frames are also slightly lighter and rust proof.
What frame is the best value for general use?
Our Deluxe Pro Series steel frame offers great value for money as the build quality is almost identical to that of our Deluxe Pro Series aluminium version.
Do you offer branded gazebos for events and marketing?
Yes, we certainly do. We specialize in full-colour printed gazebos for corporate branding, events, golf days, expos, sports days, market stalls, and activations.
How long does printing and delivery take?
Our Deluxe Pro Series plain gazebos are stock items and are available for collection or delivery within 2 to 3 working days depending on where you are situated. Standard production time for custom branded gazebos is a little longer and usually takes between 5 and 7 working days from artwork approval and payment received. If courier delivery is required, please factor in another 2 to 3 working days. Own collection is also available from our Midrand or George Depot’s.
Do you help with artwork and branding setup?
Yes. You can send us your logo, brand guidelines, or design files and our team will prepare a design concept. Please note, we will require your logo in high res VECTOR PDF format. We cannot use other formats or AI generated artwork / logos. Artwork design creation will only commence once the small artwork fee has been paid up front.
Can I replace just the canopy or parts instead of buying a new gazebo?
Yes. We supply replacement canopies, sidewalls, frames, connectors, feet, and spares. Please note, these spares only fit our gazebo frames. This helps extend the life of your gazebo and saves costs when only one component needs replacing.
What size gazebo is best for my needs?
The most popular size is 3m x 3m, however when custom branded gazebos are required, people often look at larger gazebos to achive more brand awareness.
3m × 3m: general use, market stalls, activations, small setups
3m × 4.5m: medium events, larger sheltered area and brand awareness, school sports
3m × 6m: large events, maximum shade and brand exposure, racing events.
